3M DI-NOC Architectural Finishes are decorative films developed for resurfacing a broad range of interior architectural elements. Most patterns use a vinyl film with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. This supports smoother installation, but it does not eliminate the need for preparation, correct tools and skilled finishing.
